Collection: Exchange & Refund Policy

You can check the order while the courier waits. If not suitable, give it back to the courier and just pay delivery Fees.

If you later wish to exchange or refund, (within 5 days), just notify us by sending a message to our Instagram or Facebook page, and we will arrange the refund/exchange. Delivery fees will be applied. (So the price of the shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount).
